Premier Health Announces Closing of First Tranche of Private Placement
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 26, 2019 – Premier Health Group (CSE: PHGI, OTCQB: PHGRF, Frankfurt: 6PH) (the “Company” or “Premier Health”), announced that it has closed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement financing of up to CAD$3,000,000. A total of 3,138,634 shares at CAD$0.65 per shares have been issued for total gross proceeds to the company of CAD$2,040,112.10.
The Company paid a total of CAD$94,380.00 cash finder’s fees on subscriptions under the Financing, together with 145,200 share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”). Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of Premier Health at CAD$1.00 per common share for a period of 24 months from closing.
Premier Health intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund its ongoing growth strategy in the technology healthcare space and for working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.
The company anticipates closing the balance of this financing shortly.
In addition, Premier Health, with the support of Renmark Financial Communications, will be hosting investor roadshows on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 in Vancouver, British Columbia and on May 1st, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta.
